Academic performance, GRE/GMAT/SAT and TOEFL/IELTS score, availability of the program of interest, Accreditation, Ranking of the university, Reputation of your institution from India, Cost of education, Funding/ scholarship possibility at the University, College Location, Research Interest of department / Faculty and other criteria will help determine the right university/college.

APPLYING TO THE UNIVERSITY WITH COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION

While applying to the university and preparing the application data, one should check its specific requirement. We will provide you with the complete list of documents required. You might need to pay the Application Fees as per university requirements.

APPLICATION/ ADMISSION STATUS

After application, you have to wait for 6-8 weeks before you get a formal reply from the universities. Most foreign universities communicate with the student in case any documents are missing or in the event of rejection of the application. We will also regularly check the application status online.

RECEIVING THE OFFER LETTER

If you have been accepted by any one or more institutions, they will send an admission/offer letter. There are 2 types of offer letters - Conditional & unconditional offer letters.

If Received a Conditional offer Letter

A Student needs to fulfill all the conditions mentioned in the offer letter to receive an unconditional offer letter and LOA

Good News is that you just need to pay the fees as per their policy to receive your LOA.

APPLYING FOR A STUDENT VISA

After getting the LOA, you need to apply for the respective country’s student visa/study permit. We will assist you with biometric, medical, I-20, CAS applications, etc, and will guide you through the entire documentation process.

PRE – DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS

Once the visa has been successfully issued, we will help you in making the necessary arrangements such as– accommodation, air ticket, airport pickup, foreign exchange, insurance, registering for orientation, etc.
